Lag on Modern Warfare 2?

recently was told by friends that I look like im skipping around on the maps and lagging even though I 4 bar and dont notice it. Itv seems weird and in the killcams I watch and do notice that I am lagging. I never used to and it started just randomly. I restarted my router and stuff and changed ethernet cable but no difference. Any ideas?
