Help me about Aobe Flash CS3?

I have imported a mp3 to my flash library an added to the stage when i click Play, The sound is good but when export the flash, the soun becomes poor and the file size is greatly reduced. the fla file is 34 MB and the file size of the exported flash was less than 1MB what will I do?
