Curiousity about the 'happy adoptees.'?

I can only answer this question as a sister of a happy adoptee. He has NEVER had any desire to locate his birth parents & has never gone to any type of adoption website. He said his birth parents' chose not to raise him (whatever the reason was) so he felt that he was raised by the people that were supposed to raise him & giving birth to a baby doesn't make you a parent - being there for your child & taking care of them on a daily basis is what makes you a parent.
