Do I have a cap, crown, bond, or otherwise?

I'm trying to find out how much it will cost to fix an already-repaired tooth. The procedure I had done was they put some enamel or something over the tooth that remained (I broke it skating in like 3rd grade). They put it over the front and the back. it's not removable, and it's not just on one spot, so I'm not sure what procedure it was? I was too young to pay attention the last times I had it done, and I need to know so I know what to ask for from a dentist.
