Should I accept this job offer or not? commission-only, and if I do my kid goes to daycare?

Commission only jobs are usually not very legit. Legit businesses will give you a base pay plus commission. I say run away. They say reps average 2 deals a day, which means some ppl only make 1 or even zero deals in one day. can you imagine working all day, not making a deal and not getting paid that day. And having to pay gas and daycare for the day too? Find a real job, this sound like a scam.
