Yuvraj has more SR than afridi in the series but stil he is not first in best SR coloumn of the Series why?

Yuvraj singh has strike rate above 235 whereas shahid afridi has only 212. But still he tops the coloumn with yuvraj not even in the best 20.Does anyone know why?
