Sweet 16 planning ideas!!!?!?

My sister and her Best friend are having there sweet 16 together and i am helping them plan. and they want there theme to be Glam Rock like an avril lavigne kinda thing. We need help planning! Ide!!! They want there super sweet 16 to be at a venue. We need theme ideas including entrance, performers, invitations, cake ideas, outfits, etc. PLEASE HELP!!
