Persistant Headaches?

If you have ever heard of acupuncture, this solution will be a little more familiar to you. Don't worry, this doesn't involve needles and it is quick and natural. Take your hand and spread it out slightly. There is a web of skin between your thumb and your pointer finger. Take your other hand and press firmly on the web of skin. It is a pressure point that relieves headaches. It is a little bit hard to find so lightly rub your finger along the web of your thumb. There should be a point where there is a bump. That is the pressure point. I would suggest taking your other thumb and instead of pressing down, press into the web horizontally. You should be able to feel that bump and when you do, apply firm pressure to it for a few seconds. It may hurt a little bit but it will relieve your headache. It helps me when I have a headache and I am so glad that I know how to do it.
