Is this rheumatic fever?

Okay so I first got strep at the age of 18 and now just turning 20 today I have had it twice. I was presecribed penicillin and amoxyilln both times but didn't take the medication the whole ten day or w/e just when i felt better. and for these past two years my right tonsil is slightly enlarged. Last week I got a really bad sore throat, I went to the doctors and had a strep test and throat culture. The first test said negative and the throat culture was negative and they said i had pharyngitis. I have major depression and anxiety and don't take medication and I worry that i'm experiencing rheumatic fever but then when i went to the hospital again i got a ekg to check my heart and that was all normal. But i feel like my joints are sore, i get mild fevers, stuffy nose, and i get shaky sometimes. am I just stressing to much?
