If you got a regular 2D ultrasound done at a obgyn and a cardiologist was there do you believe that they would?

If you went to a regular doctor visit to a obgyn for a ultrasound and a cardiologist was present do you think that they would be able to diagnose hypo plastic left heart syndrome in a baby with just using a 2D ultrasound machine. 2nd question i was wondering was even though some doctors mis diagnosing hlhs would a sonogram picture show clearly the hlhs?
