I have a 99 ford contour, how do i find out what color code it is?

Its a Medium Steel Blue Clearcoat Metallic, I want to touch it up but I can't find the color code on the car so i can touch it up. Is there like a database anywhere or anything like that where i can look it up and find out the exact color code.
