How to go to Puerto Azul Beach Resort coming from EDSA?

Help please. I need some details going to Puerto Azul like routes I should take, landmarks, the sort. Rough directions are okay, I just need to have an idea. I found maps on the internet but they were no help. I tried asking but there's no luck as well.
