How much will it cost for a hairdresser to dye my hair from black to ash blonde?

My hairdresser did if for me once and he only charged $120.The price varies a lot between salons, for example one friend got her hair from black to a light blonde colour for $75 and my sister's hair dresser quoted her $1200 for 10 sessions to limit damage. As for getting it done in one session, it depends on the hairdresser. Some will refuse to attempt it because of how damaging it can potentially be whereas some really won't care and will bleach bleach bleach!
