How can I get my lovebird to trust me?

I got my lovebird about a week ago, and she is very nice, never bites or screeches , but she doesn't like my hand being in the cage, She flutters when I put it in, She has started letting me pet her with a tooth brush, but she is still nervous . Are there any other ways I can get her to trust me better ? PLEASE HELP
