Good restaurants in San Antonio, TX?

There's a very small town (blink and you miss it) just a couple miles outside of San Antonio called Rio Medina. There, you'll find a restaurant called Cora's. The steaks are excellent and the nachos are a meal in themselves. It's not fancy, but they're friendly and the food is good. It's a small-town kind of place where you'll see the owner waiting tables.
