Evo IX parts on Lancer CH?

I have seen that you can get conversion body kits for a lancer CH to give the look of an Evo IX, what i was wondering if anyone knows is would parts such as the signature tail lights and head lights or the vortex generators you can purchase of the Evo IX fit on a lancer CH also?
